ANALYTICAL SUITES

The nutrient solutions used in NFT must contain all the elements essential to plant growth. Experiments have shown that plants take up and use a great number of elements whilst being grown.

It is a feature of a successful nutrient solution to contain an excess of essential elements and yet the total solution concentration remains below the level at which unacceptable interference with water uptake occurs.

NRM’s NFT/water analytical suites provide our customers with the levels of these nutrients so as to make informed management decisions.
